How to Get Here​

 

We are located near the Gonawala Bus Halt in Digana, easily accessible via the Kandy-Mahiyanganaya Road (A26).

 

🚌 By Bus (From Kandy)

 

• Take any bus heading towards Digana, Teldeniya, or Mahiyanganaya (Route No. 654 is the most frequent local bus).

• You can board these buses at the Goods Shed Bus Stand or near the Kandy Clock Tower / Torrington Bus Stand.

• Ask the conductor specifically for the "Gonawala Bus Halt" (sometimes referred to as the Gonawala Junction stop).

• Landmarks to Watch For:

  • The halt is located along the main road near the Rajawella area.

  • Look out for the entrance to the Victoria Range Bungalows; the bus halt is nearby.

 

🚗 By Private Vehicle

 

• Route: Drive towards Tennekumbura and take the A26 (Kandy-Mahiyanganaya Road).

• Distance: Approximately 16–18 km from Kandy City.

• Directions:

  1. Pass the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium.

  2. Continue straight through Rajawella.

  3. Look for the Gonawala Junction (near the 16km post).

  4. Our Guide will be waiting for you by the main road.

• Simply tell the driver you need to go to "Gonawala Junction, Digana" (near Rajawella).
